あれに見えるは 茶摘みじゃないか?<o:p></o:p>

八十八夜を過ぎても、一向に夏に近づきそうもない札幌のこのごろ。<o:p></o:p>

さて、お祝い事があって、高林厚史先生のお父様から、静岡茶を頂きました。茶缶を開けると、茶葉から初夏の香りが漂う。<o:p></o:p>
<o:p> 
早速、お茶をいれてみよう。適度の温度で抽出したお茶を口に含むと、軽やかに広がっていく上煎茶の品の良い渋み、さり気ない甘み。そして、飲んだ後の口の中に広がる控えめな爽やかさ。それまでの疲れが癒され、次の仕事の取りかかりには、この上のない贅沢なお茶です。<o:p></o:p>
