CAMP ALONE

The word "Solo camp" is common in Japanese, but I think "solo camping trip" or "camping alone" is probably a global expression.
Early in the morning, go picking world herbs and greet the rising sun with fresh herbal tea. It's an unbearable moment of "camping alone".

You might think of camping as a bonding activity, but camping alone can also be a fun experience. Solo camping gives us the opportunity to escape our everyday life and practice mindfulness while we relax and reconnect with nature.
When we camp alone, we will spend your time around the fire reflecting on life rather than sharing stories, but our time will have great value regardless. 

Sleeping alone in the wilderness is going to be uncomfortable. We’re somewhere new and unfamiliar and there is a lot our brain can trick us into worrying about. If we are only giving ourself a night or two on our solo journey, then we’re not going to reach the level of full enjoyment we’re after.

Relationship with horses ♥

Menkind domesticated horses in Central Asia around 3500 BC. By the way, domestication of dogs is older and seems to date back to 11,000 years before the end of the ice age.

Horses were used not only for towing, but also for meat for stags and for dairy for mares. After that, when harnesses and wheels were developed,  and it came to be used as the main force for military use.

In Japan, horses came from the Continent along with horseback riding and breeding techniques in the early 4th and 5th centuries (Kofun period), Horses existed in prehistoric times, but the temperature rose with the end of the glacial period about 10,000 years ago. The forests have replaced grasslands and are no longer an environment that allows horses to live. For this reason, horses seem to have become extinct in the Japanese archipelago at the end of the ice age.

Agricultural tractors in Japan began to spread from tractors such as the Komatsu WD50 type in 1958 (Showa 33), the Shibaura S17 type in 1959 (Showa 34), and the Kubota T-15 type. The total number of passenger-type tractors is about 7,000 in 1961 (Showa 36). In other words, the bearer of farming was a horse. At that time, the farmhouse had one or two horses in each farmer. There were 700,000 horses nationwide. Like dogs, horses were also children's playmates.

Building a relationship of trust with the horse, we should be more free in the grasslands. In order to do that, I have to go through the noisy oba-chans . It takes a great deal of preparedness to win freedom.

UNDER THE TURQUOISE SKY

Mongolia. I decided to go this summer. First, I look at the map and imagine that land. My journey always begins like this.
However, as far as I can see the map, it is a flat land with nothing. It's because the endless grasslands.

It's fatal if I got lost. I have no sense of direction. So, just in case, I installed the map of Mongolia on the GPS device used for the flight of the paraglider.
I managed to display the map on a small screen, something that was a little difficult. I can hardly see the screen with my presbyopia. ..

Enter the coordinates of the gel I sm going to stay. As long as the battery of the GPS device last, that device will guide me. It is the artificial satellite Michibiki that guides me in the turquoise sky.

My longing is trekking alone. But for now, I'm not courageous.
GPS device is prepared. There are plenty of camping equipments.
The problem is the heart.

Having a GoPro and a drone, and a brush for making friends with horses. Sunburn protection is perfect.
