私の42年前（1979年）の忘れ物
それは「新訂 小林秀雄全集第13巻 本居宣長」（昭和54年5月25日、新潮社発行、1600円）である
何度かの引越しで
たくさんの本を古本屋に売ったり
燃えるゴミとして捨てたりしたが
私はこの本を残した
当時、26歳の私には難解であったらしい🤭
本の途中に、しおり紐が挟んであり印象に残ったと思われるページの端が折ってある
その後、私は詩吟を習ってから、本居宣長の和歌「しき嶋のやまとごゝろを人とはゞ朝日にゝほふ山ざくら花」を吟詠する機会があった
この和歌から、専売公社の「敷島」「大和」「朝日」「桜（チェリー）」というブランドが生まれたという
というわけで、私はこの本を最初から読み始めることにした
目の覚めるような小林秀雄さんの文章は、やっぱりとても魅力的だ
同じ鎌倉市民として、小林秀雄さんは大仏次郎さんとは散歩仲間だった
大仏次郎さんの告別式には、涙を誘う
死の床につく寸前まで、文学者として身を削り、心を削ってきた大仏次郎という戦友に、渾身の弔辞を送っている
ちなみに、小林秀雄さんを読むように教えてくれたのは、東洋大学文学部哲学科の友人であった

The tobacco brands "Shikishima," "Yamato," "Asahi," and "Cherry" of the Japan Tobacco and Salt Public Corporation (currently JT) were born.
I decided to start reading this book from the beginning
Hideo Kobayashi's stunning writing is still very attractive.
As the same Kamakura citizen, Hideo Kobayashi was a walking companion with Jiro Osaragi.
