たばこの気持ち

I made yakisoba for the first time in a while.

The sake is shochu and Kurokirishima mixed with green tea, and yakisoba is topped with rice.

Once upon a time, there was a “Sakanamachi Shokudo” in a shopping street just a 3-minute walk from the Hakusan campus of Toyo University. I came. It's delicious!

久しぶりに焼きそばを作ってみました。

お酒は、焼酎・黒霧島の緑茶割りで、焼きそばにご飯をトッピングしました。

かつて、東洋大学白山キャンパス徒歩3分の商店街に「肴町食堂」があり、野添くん、もしくは隈元くんに、「焼きそばライス」（180円）があることを教わり、何度もいただいた記憶が蘇ってきました。うまいなぁ〜！
