先日の深夜番組・テレ東「二軒目どうする？」は夢アドの荻野可鈴さんを迎え、田町の「炭火焼 湯浅」さんでの貸し切り飲みでした。
The other night on TV Tokyo's late-night show, "What to do at the second bar of a drinking party? was a private drinking party at "Charcoal Grill Yuasa" in Tamachi with Ms. Karen Ogino of Yumead.
これまで、湯浅さんへはランチを含め、諸先輩との定期的な懇親会や激励会など、幾度となく利用させていただきました。
I have been to Yuasa many times, including for lunch, for regular get-togethers and pep rallies with my seniors.
お店のシンボル的な存在（店主の母）であったおばあちゃんが、店頭でたばこを吸いながら、入出店するお客さんを迎え、送り出してくれました。
昨年、店主の奥様にお聞きしたところ、90歳余でお亡くなりになったそうです。50歳の頃肺がんになったものの、見事に克服し「たばこは悪くない。この一服が楽しみ」と語っていました。
The grandmother, who was a symbol of the store (the owner's mother), welcomed and sent off customers who entered the store while smoking cigarettes at the storefront.
Last year, we asked the owner's wife about her passing, and she told us that she passed away at the age of over 90.
She had lung cancer when she was 50 years old, but overcame it successfully and said, "Cigarettes are not bad. I look forward to this smoke".
