I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for
twelve years and one hundred and sixty days in a row.
I managed to increase the number of push-ups by two
times to 18 times and kept greater than 9-time push-ups
for the three years and one hundred and forty-fourth
consecutive day.

Today again, it is beautifully sunny in Nagoya and there
are perfectly no clouds in the blue sky with plenty of
sunlight, so I cannot belive that the weather is going
to take a turn for the worse.
Actually, it is unbelievably hot with the current
temperature of about 26 degrees.
I really have to be careful about dehydration and heat attack.
