I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for
twelve years and one hundred and fifty-one days in a row.
I was able to keep over 9-time push-ups for the three
years and one hundred and thirty-fifth straight day
including the latest seven days of 24-time push-ups.

Continuing from yesterday, it is beautifully sunny in
Nagoya and I can enjoy plenty of sunlight and it is
actually pretty crisp.
I went to a town in Gifu prefecture yesterday for the
first time in three years and three months.
I could enjoy walking under a good weather.
