I have been able to keep smoke-free for twelve years
and one hundred and fifty-eight days in a row.
I decreased the number of push-ups by nine times due
to a litte fear of low back pain to 15 times yesterday,
but kept over 9-time push-ups for the three years and
one hundred and forty-second successive day.

It is greatly and beautifully sunny in Nagoya today
and there are completely no clouds in the blue sky.
Yesterday I walked from subway Iwatsuka Station in
Nagoya, Aich prefecture to JR Kuwana Station in Mie
prefecture with walking time of four hours and total
break time of two hours.
I started walking at about 10:10 and reached Kuwana
at about 16:10.
I was very happy to have finished walking and now, I
feel, naturally, exhausted.
Of course, today is my whole holiday.
