I have been able to do without smoking for twelve years
and one hundred and fifty-nine days in a row.
I increased the number of push-ups by just one time to
16 times and kept at least 10-time push-ups for the
three years and one hundred and forty-third straight day.

It is greatly sunny in Nagoya and there are no clouds in
the blue sky today again.
Surprisingly, the current temperature is already around
25 degrees with the predicted highest temperature being
as high as 33 degrees.
Today I feel my body is pretty heavy, which means I feel
still exhausted physically.
It is said that as you get older, you will feel tired
two days after you do heavy exercise.
