I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for
twelve years and one hundred and seventy days in a row.
I was able to keep 24-time push-ups for the eighth
successive day and over 9-time push-ups for the three
years and one hundred and fifty-fourth straight day.

Although there are some clouds in the sky, it is mainly
sunny in Nagoya and I can still enjoy plenty of sunlight.
However, the weather is surely taking a turn for the
worse, and I have to get mentally prepared for the
coming rainy week.
Maybe I will not be able to enjoy walking for as long as
one week, so I'm afraid my leg muscle will weaken.
