Twelve years and one hundred and sixty-one days in a row
have passed since I decided against smoking.
I was able to increase the number of push-ups yesterday
again by one time to 19 times and kept more than 9-time
push-ups for the three years and one hundred and forty-
fifth successive day.

It has been raining since early this morning in Nagoya
and it was pretty heavily raining while I was riding my
bike on my way to the workplace.
According to the weather information on the Internet,
the rain clouds are moving so slowly that it will not
stop raining in Nagoya at least until this evening.
Anyway, I have no choice but to wait for it to stop.
