Twelve years and one hundred and seventy-three days in
a row have passed since I quit smoking.
I was able to keep at least 10-time push-ups for the
three years and one hundred and fifty-seventh consecutive
day including the latest eleven days of 24-time push-ups.

Continuing from yesterday, it has been cloudy and just
a little dark in Nagoya though the current temperature
is almost 23 degrees, which means that it is not so hot
or not so cool.
As usual, today again, I saw many dangerous drivers on
my way to the workplace, and I really know well that
I have no choice but to give up about this matter.
