I have been able to keep smoke-free for twelve years and
one hundred and thirty-five days in a row.
I was able to keep 23-time push-ups for the twenty-fourth
straight day and over 9-time push-ups for the three years
and one hundred and nineteenth consecutive day.

Today again, it is beautifully sunny in Nagoya and there
are no clouds in the blue sky with plenty of sunlight.
The current temperature is 17.5 degrees, but since there
is very little breeze now, I feel that it is crisp with
low humidity and I think that now is the best time to
enjoy walking....Well, I may be now experiencing normal
weather just like this time of the year.

I have been able to be a non-smoker for twelve years and
one hundred and thirty-four days in a row.
I was able to keep more than 9-time push-ups for the three
years and one hundred and eighteenth successive day
including the latest twenty-three days of 23-time push-ups.

Completely unlike yesterday, the wind is in the north.
And so, I felt tha it was a little cold while I was riding
my bike on my way to the workplace.
Even so, it is beautifully sunny in Nagoya and there is
perfectly no clouds in the blue skies now.
However, I have to be careful not to catch a cold because
tomorrow's predicted lowest temperature is 10 degrees.

It has been twelve years and one hundred and thirty-three
days in a row since I got rid of a bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep 23-time push-ups for the twenty-second
straight day and greater than 9-time push-ups for the three
years and one hundred and seventeenth consecutive day.

Continuing from yesterday, it is greatly sunny with plenty
of sunlight in Nagoya and actually it is pretty hot.
Yesterday's highest temperature was 27.5 degrees, which
was abnormally hot.
Worse, weather officials say Nagoya will see the highest
temperature of over 28 degrees today.
............OMG!

have passed since I broke my smoking habit.
I was able to keep at least 10-time push-ups for the three
years and one hundred and fifteenth successive day including
the most recent twenty days of 23-time push-ups.

It is now overcast in Nagoya and it is a little dark.
I was very unlucky last evening because I was caught in a
sudden rain when I was going to go back home by bike.
I had to wear a pair of raincoats.
It had been raining sometimes very heavily until early
this morning and it was sometimes a thundering rain.
Anyway, I really hope that weather will continue to be normal.
