It has been twelve years and one hundred and twenty-one
days in a row since I kicked smoking.
I was able to keep 23-time push-ups for the tenth
straight day and over 9-time push-ups for the three
years and one hundred and fifth consecutive day.

Completely unlike yesterday, it is greatly and beautifully
sunny in Nagoya today and there are now perfectly no clouds
in the blue sky with plenty of sunlight.
Yesterday was very cold and I was very unluky because I was
caught in a sudden rainstorm while I was riding my bike on
my way to my house in the evening.
After getting to my home, I was surprised to know that the
temperature was only 7 degrees.
A good thing was that I didn't catch a cold.
