Twelve years and one hundred and thirty-one days in a row
have passed since I broke my smoking habit.
I was able to keep at least 10-time push-ups for the three
years and one hundred and fifteenth successive day including
the most recent twenty days of 23-time push-ups.

It is now overcast in Nagoya and it is a little dark.
I was very unlucky last evening because I was caught in a
sudden rain when I was going to go back home by bike.
I had to wear a pair of raincoats.
It had been raining sometimes very heavily until early
this morning and it was sometimes a thundering rain.
Anyway, I really hope that weather will continue to be normal.
