I have been able to do without smoking for twelve years
and one hundred and twenty-seven days in a row.
I was able to keep more than 9-time push-ups for the
three years and one hundred and eleventh successive day
including the latest sixteen days of 23-time push-ups.
It has been raining since late last night and it is now
pretty dark and I feel that it is a little cold with the
current temperature of about 13 degrees.
I wore a mask for the past two days even while walking
because of the yellow sand from China.
The muscle ache on the broad of the back I got several
days ago is getting milder and milder, and now I am sure
it will disappear in a few days....I really hope so.
