Twelve years and one hundred and nineteen days in a row
have passed since I stopped smoking.
I was able to keep more than 9-time push-ups for the
three years and one hundred and third successive day
including the latest eight days of 23-time push-ups.

It has been raining sometimes heavily and sometimes
lightly in Nagoya since early this morning.
I had to wear a pair of raincoats while riding my bike
on my way to the workplace and when I got here to find
myself to slick with sweat.
Anyway, because of this rain, the season of cherry
blossoms this year will completely end.
