I have been able to keep smoke-free for twelve years
and one hundred and fourteen days in a row.
I was able to keep 23-time push-ups for the third
successive day and over 9-time push-ups for the three
years and ninety-eighth straight day.

It is normally sunny in Nagoya and there are some
clouds in the blue sky but actually I can enjoy plenty
of sunlight and a little wind.
I enjoyed seeing cherry blossoms falling, which looked
as if the petals were dancing.
It is already the time for Sakura Fubuki in Nagoya.
