I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for
twelve years and one hundred and twenty-eight days in
a row.
I was able to keep 23-time push-ups for the seventeenth
straight day and over 9-time push-ups for the three years
and one hundred and twelfth consecutive day.

After it had been raining sometimes heavily all day
yesterday, it is now completely sunny in Nagoya with
plenty of sunlight with the current temperature of over
18 degrees, up 5 degrees from this time yesterday.
the back pain I got several days ago is almost gone,
but actually I feel just a little, so I would like to
restart physical exercises the day after tomorrow, just
in case.
