I have been able to keep smoke-free for twelve years and
one hundred and thirty-five days in a row.
I was able to keep 23-time push-ups for the twenty-fourth
straight day and over 9-time push-ups for the three years
and one hundred and nineteenth consecutive day.
Today again, it is beautifully sunny in Nagoya and there
are no clouds in the blue sky with plenty of sunlight.
The current temperature is 17.5 degrees, but since there
is very little breeze now, I feel that it is crisp with
low humidity and I think that now is the best time to
enjoy walking....Well, I may be now experiencing normal
weather just like this time of the year.
