I have been able to be a non-smoker for twelve years
and one hundred and twenty-three days in a row.
I was able to keep at least 10-time push-ups for the
three years and one hundred and seventh successive day
including the most recent 12 days of 23-time push-ups.

It is beautifully sunny in Nagoya today with plenty
of sunlight and I feel that it is actually much warmer
than yesterday.
It is no wonder because the current temperature is
as high as over 18 degrees, up 4 degrees from this
time yesterday.
However, unfortunately, I have got a little muscle
ache on the broad of the back.
I don't know the cause.
