It has been twelve years and one hundred and thirty-three
days in a row since I got rid of a bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep 23-time push-ups for the twenty-second
straight day and greater than 9-time push-ups for the three
years and one hundred and seventeenth consecutive day.

Continuing from yesterday, it is greatly sunny with plenty
of sunlight in Nagoya and actually it is pretty hot.
Yesterday's highest temperature was 27.5 degrees, which
was abnormally hot.
Worse, weather officials say Nagoya will see the highest
temperature of over 28 degrees today.
............OMG!
