I have been able to keep smoke-free for eleven years and
two hundred and seventy-eight days in a row.
I was able to keep 21-time push-ups for the fifth straight
day and at least 10-time push-ups for the two years and
two hundred and sixty-second consecutive day.

Unbelievably, it is still scorchingly hot in Nagoya with
the current temperature of about 32 degrees.
According to the weather information on the Internet, the
highest temperature is forecast to be 35 degrees...OMG!!!
And worse, tomorrow's highest temperature will also be
35 degrees in mid-September.
This excessively lingering heat is really deadly.
