It has been eleven years and two hundred and seventy-three
days in a row since I stopped smoking.
I was able to keep 15-time push-ups for the second straight
day despite a slight low back pain, and kept more than 9-
time push-ups for the two years and two hundred and fifty-
seventh consecutive day.

I was very unlucky because I was caught a sudden rainfall
while I was riding my bike on my way to the workplace
without wearing a pair of rainsuits.
And it has been now raining since then.
Actually, I am not in a very good mood due mainly to the
rainfall and the low back pain even if it is slight.
Anyway, I have to do many things to do with a new attitude.
