It has been eleven years and two hundred and eighty-
seven days in a row since I broke my smoking habit.
I was able to keep at least 10-time push-ups for the
two years and two hundred and seventy-first straight
day including the latest three days of 21-time push-ups.

It has been raining in Nagoya since early this morning,
but I must have been lucky since I didn't have to wear
a pair of raincoats while riding my bike on my way to
the workplace although I got wet just a little.
After the typhoon #14, it has got cold quick with the
current temperature of 20 degrees.
And I have to be really careful not to catch a cold.

Eleven years and two hundred and eighty-four days in a
row since I kicked smoking.
As I felt tired yesterday, I decreased the number of
push-ups by 6 times to 15 times and kept over 9-time
push-ups for the two years and two hundred and sixty-
eighty successive day.

It has been very windy in Nagoya since early this morning.
And because of the strong winds, it was not easy for me to
come to my workplace by bike.
However, it does not look like it is going to start
raining soon.
I really hope that there will be no casualties from the
typhoon #14.

I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for
eleven years and two hundred and eighty-three days in
a row.
I was able to keep 21-time push-ups for the tenth
straight day and more than 9-time push-ups for the two
years and two hundred and sixty-seventh consecutive day.

It is cloudy and sometimes sunny in Nagoya, but it was
raining just for a short time in the morning.
It is still hot but autumn is steadily coming.
Rice fields are changing color from fairy green to yellow
green little by little, and rice ears are getting gold.
By the way, I was shocked to see an empty can of coffee
in my bicycle's front basket.
Someone must have put it in it......
I really wanna kill him/her....or it(lol).
