Eleven years and two hundred and eighty-four days in a
row since I kicked smoking.
As I felt tired yesterday, I decreased the number of
push-ups by 6 times to 15 times and kept over 9-time
push-ups for the two years and two hundred and sixty-
eighty successive day.

It has been very windy in Nagoya since early this morning.
And because of the strong winds, it was not easy for me to
come to my workplace by bike.
However, it does not look like it is going to start
raining soon.
I really hope that there will be no casualties from the
typhoon #14.
