Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
Jogging-on-the-spot　：２２ minutes


I have been able to keep smoke-free for eleven
years and seventy-five days in a row.
I was able to keep greater than 9-time push-ups
for the two years and fifty-ninth consecutive day
including the most recent nine days of 20-time
push-ups.

Continuing from yesterday, it is quite overcast
in Nagoya and it is so dark that I have to turn
on the lights in my workplace.
It is pretty cold with the current temperature of
3.4 degrees, and actually I saw just a little
snowfall while riding my bike on my way here.
One good thing is that weather ladies say that
highest temperatures will be over 10 degrees from
Friday.....I have to believe this.
