I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking
for eleven years and sixty-one days in a row.
I was able to keep over 9-time push-ups for the
two years and forty-fifth straight day including
the latest twenty-one days of 20-time push-ups.

It is cloudy in Nagoya and sometimes sunny, and
it is surely very cold with this morning's lowest
temperature of 1.8 degrees, which is quite normal
for February.
Actually, I am scheduled for the third vaccination
shot against the coronavirus tomorrow.
I would very much like to have it as soon as possible.
