It has been eleven years and fifty-five days in
a row since I shook off a bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep over 9-time push-ups for the
two years and thirty-ninth straight day including
the latest fifteen days of 20-time push-ups.

It is greatly and beautifully sunny in Nagoya with
a generous amount of sunlight.
There were completely no clouds in the blue sky
while I was riding my bike on my way to the
workplace in the morning.
I am very afraid that it would be better not to
go somewhere to enjoy Japanese apricot blossoms
next month, considering the increasingly serious
pandemic of the Omicron variant strain.
