It has been eleven years and sixty-four days in a row
since I decided against smoking.

I decreased the number of push-ups yesterday by 10
times to 10 times due mainly to a muscle pain resulting
from the third vaccination shot against the coronavirus.
I kept greater than 9-time push-ups for the two years
and forty-eighth straight day.

Completely unlike yesterday, it is beautifully sunny
in Nagoya and I can enjoy a generous amount of sunlight
and blue skies with no clouds.
This is the first time in a long time that I have seen
the day's forecasted highest temperature of 12 degrees.
Spring must be steadily drawing nearer and nearer.
