It has been eleven years and seventy-three days in a
row since I quit smoking.
I was able to keep over 9-time push-ups for the two
years and fifty-seventh consecutive day including
the latest seven days of 20-time push-ups.

Today again, in sharp contrast to yesterday when we
had a cold rain, it is greatly sunny in Nagoya with
plenty of sunlight.
Actually, I felt it was much much warmer while I was
riding my bike on my way to the workplace.
No wonder this morning's lowest temperature was as
high as 4.6 degrees, which is similar to mid-March.
Spring must be surely coming.

Eleven years and seventy-one days in a row have passed
since I was able to rid myself of a bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep 20-time push-ups for the fifth
successive day and more than 9-time push-ups for the
two years and fifty-fifth straight day.

In sharp contrast to yesterday, when Nagoya saw snowfall
for the tenth time in this winter season, today it is
greatly and beautifully sunny although it is very cold.
There were almost no clouds in the blue sky while I was
riding my bike on my way to the workplace.
Now I am sure that this winter season will be the coldest
winter season that I have ever had in my life.

I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking
for eleven years and sixty-nine days in a row.
I was able to keep greater than 9-time push-ups for
the two years and fifty-third consecutive day including
the most recent three days of 20-time push-ups.

Completely unlike these past two days, it is greatly
sunny in Nagoya today with plenty of sunlight.
I have started feeling that the warmth of sunlight
is surely increasingly becoming spring-like although
the current temperature is as low as 6.8 degrees.
After I survive tomorrow's winter cold, spring must
be just around the corner.

Today again, it has been overcast since this morning
but I feel that it is much warmer than this time
yesterday with the current temperature of 8.4 degrees.
Also, apparently, it does not look like it is going
to start raining.
However, another powerful cold wave is forecasted
to hit the Japanese archipelago on Wednesday and
Thursday will be very very cold...I have had enough.
