I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for
ten years and one hundred and sixty-four days in a row.
I was able to keep 26-time push-ups for the third
consecutive day and at least 10-time push-ups for the one
year and one hundred and forty-eighth successive day.

After rainy and cloudy days continued for one week,
finally, a long-awaited sunny day has come.
I have to do a walking today before my legs' muscle
has been weakened.
I am planning to do a long-distance walking in the
very near future, so I am just worrying about weather.

It has been raining in Nagoya since last night.
Strangely, I have been feeling that it is a little cold
although this morning's lowest temperatue was as high as
20.2 degrees, furthermore, with high humidity.
I have decided not to do a walking for two days of yesterday
and today because of the persistent rainfall.
So, I really have to do one tomorrow.

I managed to increase the number of push-ups by just one
time to 26 times, and kept more than 9-time push-ups for
the one year and one hundred and forty-sixth successive day.

It has been quite cloudy in Nagoya since early this morning,
and it looks like it is going to start raining pretty soon.
Although the current temperature is as high as 19.8 degrees,
I feel that it is a little cold.
Anyway, I am really afraid that this year's rainy season will
be much longer than average year.
I am wondering it may continue for more than 2 months.

Completely unlike yesterday, it has been sunny in Nagoya
since early this morning with plenty of sunlight.
The current temperature is already almost 26 degrees.
I have to do a walking today as part of preparation for
the planned long-distance walking this month.
Nagoya has already entered the rainy season, but I really
hope to do that, and actually, I have bought a waterproofing
spray just in case.
