I have been able to keep smoke-free for ten years and one
hundred and seventy days in a row.
I decreased the number of push-ups by as many as nine times
to 17 times due maily to the fatigue caused by the 4-hour
walking, and kept at least 10-time push-ups for the one year
and one hundred and fifty-fourth consecutive day.
It is now sunny in Nagoya with some clouds and high humidity.
However, I feel that it is a little cold although the current
temperatue is already 21.1 degrees.
I am wondering this is because of northern wind.
Anyway, it must be good that I can enjoy sunlight.
