I have been able to keep smoke-free for ten years and one
hundred and fifty-three days in a row.
I was able to keep more than 9-time push-ups for the one
year and one hundred and thirty-seventh straight day
including the recent nine days of 24-time push-ups.
It is sunny but just a little cloudy in Nagoya and I really
need much more sunlight.
I feel that it is a little cold although the current
temperature has already reached 20 degrees.
Finally, very happily, the unbearably sharp pain on the
tip of my tongue has almost completely disappeared.
What a relieve!!!!
I really have to be much more careful than before while
eating something....anything, maybe.
