Jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes


It has been ten years and one hundred and forty-three days
in a row since I broke my bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep 23-time push-ups for the third straight
day and more than 9-time push-ups for the one year and one
hundred and twenty-seventh consecutive day.

It is greatly sunny in Nagoya now although it was cloudy
while I was riding my bike on my way to the workplace.
Very unhappily, weather ladies say that it will rain this
evening or early in the afternoon.
Anyway, I have really strongly decided to resume preparation
for a long-distance walking I am now planning for this month.
First of all, I have to resume Jogging-on-the-spot.
