I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for
ten years and one hundred and fifty-six days in a row.
I was able to keep greater than 9-time push-ups for the
one year and fortieth straight day including the most
recent twelve days of 24-time push-ups.

It was very hot last night and the temperature at midnight
was almost 20 degrees.
I felt that this morning was the hottest in this year with
the lowest temperature of as high as 17.5 degrees.
It is completely sunny in Nagoya today and there were no
clouds in the blue skies while I was riding my bike on
my way to the workplace.
However, I am afraid that weather ladies say it will be
cloudy or rainy for the next one week.....OMG.
