Ten years and one hundred and fifty-seven days in a row
have passed since I quit smoking.
I was able to increase the number of push-ups by only one
time to 25 times, and kept over 9-time push-ups for the
one year and one hundred and forty-first consecutive day.

It has been cloudy since early this morning in Nagoya.
It was so hot last night with the temperatures of around
20 degrees at midnight that I had a restless night.
And little wonder, today's lowest temperature was as
high as 19.3 degrees.
And now, I feel that it is quite normal.
I mean it is not too hot or not too cool.
Anyway, the last thing I want is rainfall.
