I have been able to be a non-smoker for ten years and one
hundred and fifty-one days in a row.
I was able to keep 24-time push-ups for the seventh
consecutive day and greater than 9-time push-ups for the
one year and one hundred and thirty-fifth successive day.

It is beautifully sunny in Nagoya and I could see wispy
Mt. Ontake from the bridge on my way to the workplace.
Today's predicted highest temperature is 25 degrees, but
it will surely be much higher because the current
temperature is already 24.8 degrees.
The pain on the tip of my tongue is still here, but
actually I am sure it is getting better little by little.
