It has been ten years and one hundred and fifty-eight days
in a row since I gave up smoking.
I was able to keep at leat 10-time push-ups for the one
year and one hundred and forty-second successive day
including the latest two days of 25-time push-ups.

It has been raining in Nagoya since early this morning.
It was a warm morning with the lowest temperatue of 18
degrees and high humidity.
I don't like rainfall because it is always very troublesome
for me to dry and fold a pair of raincoats after riding a
bike wearing them.
Anyway, I can not do anything about weather.
