I was able to keep no-smoking for eight years and two hundred and ninety-five
days in a row.
I was able to increase the number of push-ups for the third straight day by one
time to 22 times and kept over 18-time push-ups for the fourth consecutive day.

It is greatly sunny in Nagoya and I feel it is a little too hot.
Unbelievably, the lowest temperature of this morning was almost 24 degrees, just
one degree lower than the 25-degree level called Nettaiya or tropical night.
I'm really afraid that global warming is making Japan have only two seasons
of summer and winter, and actually I feel the length of spring and fall is getting
shorter and shorter year after year.....Don't you feel so?
