I have been able to keep smoke-free for thirteen
years and two hundred and eight days in a row.
I was able to keep more than 9-time push-ups for
the three hundred and twelfth successive day
including the most recent eleven days of a total
of 51-time push-ups.

It is greatly and, honestly, deadly sunny in Nagoya
for the first time in five days.
I have already done a total of 80-minute walking
in the morning.
When I got to my workplace after the walking, I
found I was all in a sweat.
According to the weather information on the Internet,
I seem to have walked for about 40 minutes under
the sunlihgt with temperatures ranging from 32 to
33 degrees Celsius.
I may have needed to avoid the walking.
