I have been able to be a non-smoker for eight years and two hundred and
ninety-four days in a row.
Today again, I was able to increase the number of push-ups by just one time
to 21 times and kept more than 18-time push-ups for the third successive day.

It is sunny in Nagoya and I feel it is just a little humid.
Although I don't know the humidity is brought by the typhoon #18, according
to the latest weather forecasts, the high-pressure system in the Pacific
Ocean is likely to be strong enough to push the typhoon #18 to the west of Japan.
Japan might not be able to avoid heavy rainfall, but actually it must
be much better than a violent storm by the main body of the typhoon.
