I have been able to do without smoking for eight years and two hundred and
ninety-six days in a row.
I was able to increase the number of push-ups yesterday again by one time
to 23 times, and kept at least 19-time push-ups for the fifth successive day.

It is sunny in Nagoya and sometimes cloudy, but actually I feel it is hot
maybe due maily to high humidity caused by south wind from the typhoon #18.
Yesterday I was very surprised to hear that Nagoya's highest temperature
was as high as 34.1 degrees, which is like summer heat in August.
And today's highest temperature, weather ladies say, will be 31 degrees.
I'll have to be careful about the weather after the typhoon because it
might bring a sudden chilly weather.
