I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking
for thirteen years and two hundred and twelve days
in a row.
I was able to keep at least 10-time push-ups for
the three hundred and sixteenth straight day
including the latest fifteen days of a total of 51-
time push-ups.

It is greatly or dangerously sunny in Nagoya with
the lowest temperature of as high as 26.6 degrees.
Very surprisingly, today's highest temperature is
forecast to reach 39 degrees, which I may say is
indeed deadly.
Anyway, it must be wise that I had better not go
out on foot, and even by bike, early afternoon.
I should know "safety first" and I know that nothing
is worth risking my life.
