Thirteen years and two hundred and twenty-one days
in a row have passed since I kicked smoking.
I was able to keep at least 10-time push-ups for
the three hundred and twenty-fifth consecutive day
including the most recent twenty-five days of a
total of 51-time push-ups.

After a little heavy rain, it is sunny with some
clouds in the sky in Nagoya.
Taking a look at the rain cloud radar on the
Internet, the large rain clouds which brought a heavy
rain seems to have already passed.
However, the next rain clouds which is currently over
the northern part of Kyushu look quite large, so
caution might be needed.
