a row have passed since I broke free from cigarettes.
I was able to keep a total of 51-time push-ups for
the seventeenth consecutive day and greater than 9-
time push-ups for the three hundred and eighteenth
successive day.

It is sunny despite quite a few clouds in the sky
in Nagoya with the current temperature standing at
almost 30 degrees, and it is considerably muggy.
I was planning to do a walking for the first time
in nearly one week, but actually, I feel it a little
dangerous to walk outside, so actually I have given up.
It must be wise to stay indoors today.
