Daily Routine

Push-ups ：２５ times
Walking ：０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes

I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for two hundred and seven days in a row.
I tried increasing the number of push-ups by only one time to 25 times and kept over
15-time push-ups for the one hundred and fifty-fourth successive day.

It's very humid and muggy in Nagoya maybe because the typhoon #3 is coming nearer and nearer.
I'm wondering if I should decide not to go out to one of Mac restaurants....well, maybe I will.
Anyway, weather ladies say the rain will be the heaviest at around 6 p.m.
So, maybe it will be OK if I come back to my workplace by 4 pm......maybe.＾＾；；；
