Walking ：４０＋４０＝１ hour ２０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes

Six years and two hundred and eight days in a row have passed since I overcame a bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep over 15-time push-ups for the one hundred and fifty-fith straight day
including the most recent two days of 25 times of them.

After a heavy rain, it's quite cloudy in Nagoya.
Though it looks like it's going to start raining, weather officials say it will be cloudy all day.
I cannot stand the callous people of the first-floor tenant.
