It has been thirteen years and two hundred and twenty-
two days in a row since I broke my smoking habit.
I was able to keep a total of 51-time push-ups for the
twenty-sixth successive day and greater than 9-time
push-ups for the three hundred and twenty-sixth
straight day.

It has been raining sometimes heavily in Nagoya since
just before I left my home although weather ladies
said last night that it would be cloudy in Nagoya.
However, according to the rain cloud radar on the
Internet, it will stop raining pretty soon, at around
10 o'clock at latest.
So, I may go out to walk in the afternoon.
I am very much afraid that my legs' muscles have
already been weakened due to the past one week, when
Nagoya has seen rainfall every day except only Saturday.
