I was able to keep no-smoking for five years and 266 days in a row.
I also was able to lengthen the time in jogging-on-the-spot for the first
time in a long time by one minute to 26 mintues.
The typhoon #10 has passed away but reports say it left considerable damage
to many parts of the Tohoku region, and I really hope they can have a speedy recovery.
I didn't do push-ups yesterday and maybe today again because the internal
bleeding spot has not completely gone.
I really want to resume them tomorrow.
Anyway, today is the last day of August and the temperatures in early mornings
are getting lower and lower, so I will have to be careful not to catch a cold.
